Spiraling spiritual energy and vortexes of the Sedona inspired this prosperity & wellness coach and her brand.
In the Sedona Valley region of Arizona, some believe vortexes–unique geological and spiritual phenomenons–are created, not by wind or water, but from spiraling spiritual energy. The vortexes of Sedona are named because they are believed to be spiritual locations where the energy is right to facilitate prayer, meditation, and healing.
My client, Angela Noelle, specializes in intuitive coaching and offers services in Chinese medicine, acupuncture, life coaching, herbs & nutritional therapy. She wanted to channel the energy of the Sedona region–incorporating its colors, textures, and influence into her brand, so I set out to draw as much inspiration as possible from this special place.
Exploring the Sedona Valley with VR
I took the Oculus Quest virtual reality (VR) headset for a spin to visit the Sedona region's breathtaking landscapes, colors, and textures for myself.
While it didn't replace the experience of being there in person, I gained a unique perspective & appreciation for our source inspiration! Check out this Sedona 360° Hiking Virtual Tour on YouTube for a glimpse into this amazing corner of the globe.

I worked with the client to explore two distinct themes to represent her brand–one concept drawing upon the elegance & simplicity of traditional American Southwestern culture. The other, a throwback motif inspired by the magic of 1950s southern California.
